    WHOLESALE (NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC)

     Unfortunately, we are not open to public. If you would like to purchase our styles for personal use, please call (562) 803-4343 or e-mail us, so we may refer you to a store nearest to you selling PEGASUS, or refer you to their online store websites. To place an order you can use our secure shopping cart or call us on 888-582-5566 from 9am to 5pm PST. You may also fax your orders to (562) 803-1222.

     MINIMUM ORDER

     Our minimum INITIAL order is $300. Once you are our customer any number of pieces can be ordered .Some of our styles come as pre packs of 3 or 6 pieces, but 2 PC. 3PC. and 4 PC. Sets are individually sold and you can mix your styles, colors and sizes. All reorders under $100 will be charged an additional nominal fee of $5.

     SHOPPING INFORMATION

     Our new website allows you to complete your order online and once you receive our e-mail with the Invoice you can call in with your credit card to finish your purchase. Of course if you have any problems or you would like advice regarding sizes etc, please call us on (562) 803-4343 Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm PST.

     SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHOD

     All of our parcels are delivered using UPS unless a courier service is requested by you, which can be arranged and extra service charge may be added. We strictly follow UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS rates and delivery policies. We ship worldwide and pricing and delivery transit times can be enquired by calling us or through e-mail. NB: Next day and Saturday delivery is subject to availability during Bank Holiday periods. Please check if you are unsure.

     STOCK AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDER

     Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order due to overwhelming demand. NB: Certain items may be out of stock online but could well still be available at the warehouse. All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible and would put these on Back Order. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way. All back orders are shipped within 2 to 6 weeks.

     RETURNS

    To determine if your order qualifies for a return, a few simple rules apply. If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Care Department for assistance. Be sure to provide information about what needs to be returned including the item number, your name and address, your e-mail address, the reason for the return, and your order number. If calling by telephone, please have your invoice handy so we can obtain the information required to process your return.


    All items authorized for return must be returned to us in exactly the same manner they were received by you. In other words, all items authorized for return must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that the cellophane package enclosing the clothing must not be opened, cut, torn, written on or tampered with in any way. Our label must remain intact. No Exceptions!


    Customer must pay all costs related to return shipping unless we ship the wrong item to you. For your protection, we strongly urge you to ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to verify receipt of the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit.


    It's important to include your order's original invoice with your return shipment. Claims to return merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise and determining it is still in its original condition, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price.

    Please allow 14 working days from the time we receive the returned merchandise to process a refund to your credit card.


    Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable for all returns.
    At the sole discretion of PEGASUS WOMAN, returns that are not in compliance with our return policy will result in:


      • Not being accepted, and such returns will be shipped back to you at your expense, or
      • If accepted, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee of the returned merchandise value and also less the original shipping charge. For non compliance return we will only issue a credit for your next purchase.
